  • WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

    Lesná Spa by L’OCCITANE is opened every day in the period 14:00 – 22:00, with reservation possibility, and is opened not only to the hotel guests. Tel. +421 917 220 414.
  • WHEN SHOULD I COME FOR THE TREATMENT?

    For you own convenience we advise you to come 15 minutes before the beginning of your treatment. In case of a late arrival, treatment time will need to be shortened, in respect to other customers booked. There will be no change in the price. For the visitors of Lesná Spa by L’Occitane there is a infrared sauna available in SPA area. The use of it before massage is free with any of the tratments you order.
  • HOW TO ORDER A TRATMENT?

    To order the treatment that best suits you and to find the right moment in the schedule we encourage you to contact our Spa reception team. The hotel guests can contact it directly from their room dialing 2006. Other visitors are welcome to call tel. +421 917 220 414. We advise you to book your treatment in advance to have more opportunity to chose the time that suits you best.
  • WHAT ARE THE SPA RULES?

    Lesná Spa by L’OCCITANE is a place for relaxation and peace. For the sake of comfort of all the visitors we ask you to turn off your phones and respect the pleasant quietness of the area. On the premises of Spa it is forbidden to smoke. The entrance to Lesná Spa by L’OCCITANE is reserved to those who are over 16 years old. Lesná Spa by L'OCCITANE provides the visitors with a private dressing room. During your stay in Spa you will be provided with a bathrobe, towels, slippers and disposable equipment necessary for your stay. The management can not take responsibility for personal items forgotten in Spa.
  • WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES?

    We strongly recommend you to notify us during your booking of any health issues, allergies or injuries that may affect your treatment. Our team will suggest the most appropriate treatment with respect to your needs. Our massages are aimed at well-being and relaxation, meaning are non-therapeutic and non-medical.
  • DO YOU HAVE GIFT VOUCHERS?

    Yes, we issue vouchers for an amount or treatment of your choice. Give a present to someone special. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, they can not be exchanged for cash and we ask you to present them before receiving the treatment.
  • DO YOU HAVE SEASON-TICKETS?

    Yes, 5-15 entries to wellness centre (swimming pool and Hot zone) you can buy with discount on hotel reception or spa reception. We kindly ask you to present them within your arrival to the wellness centre.
  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION FEE?

    To confirm the booking of a treatment, we need a credit card guarantee. Each SPA treatment, that will not be cancelled at least 6 hours before its beginning, will be charged 100% of the price.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TU BUY OILS AND OTHER PRODUCTS USED DURING PROCEDURES?

    To help you retain you Spa experience and take part of it to your home, almost all the products that are used during our procedures can be bought at the reception.
